Apply to Multiple Fringe Festivals with One Form!
Discover the new BNFN opportunity for 2027! Artists can now apply to multiple Nordic and Baltic fringe festivals using a single Eventotron application.
Are you an independent artist or performer looking to take your show on an incredible international tour across the Nordic and Baltic regions? Planning a tour can often mean navigating endless separate forms, varying deadlines, and complex communication channels. Fortunately, the landscape is changing, making it easier than ever to get your performance on stages abroad.
The Baltic Nordic Fringe Network (BNFN) has officially launched its 11th global artist call, and it brings a game-changing opportunity for creators. Running from 21 October to 21 December 2026, this new application system allows artists to use just one single application to choose and apply to several festivals simultaneously!
Through this streamlined joint application route hosted via Eventotron, you can throw your hat into the ring for up to seven incredible participating festivals:
- Bergen Fringe Festival (Norway)
- CPH STAGE (Denmark)
- Finfringe (Finland)
- Gothenburg Fringe (Sweden)
- Oslo Fringe (Norway)
- Reykjavík Fringe Festival (Iceland)
- Stockholm Fringe Festival (STOFF) (Sweden)
Looking at the broader picture, the full BNFN network outlook spanning from May to September 2027 is massive. It encompasses 10 festivals across 7 countries and 10 cities, featuring over 90 stages and spaces with more than 850 expected events. (Note that while Tallinn Fringe participation, Tranås, and Žagarė have separate application routes, the core network provides a phenomenal backbone for a robust touring circuit).
How It Works for Artists: While the application process is unified, each festival retains its independence. Every festival selects its participants independently and agrees upon its own terms, fees, dates, and technical requirements. Therefore, artists should carefully check local guidelines, artist guidelines (v10), and the Code of Conduct and Ethos available on the network's official channels before submitting.
Ready to expand your touring horizons and connect with audiences across borders? Head over to the official Baltic Nordic Fringe Network Website to explore festival profiles, FAQs, and guidelines, and submit your application directly via Eventotron before December 21, 2026. Don't miss your chance to be part of the 2027 fringe wave!
