Tallinn Fringe Festival
Tallinn Fringe Festival started out as a collective of circus, theatre, dance, music and fire performers each performing their own shows plus co-creating to produce a unique group performance during 5 action packed days in December 2016, in Telliskivi Creative City in Tallinn, Estonia.
It was called ”Boom Chika Wau Wau”
Fast forward to 2021 and this 4th edition features multiple venues with a multitude of international and local shows under the more easy to market, Tallinn Fringe Festival umbrella.
Our values and commitments are
👉 open accessibility to all performers from all walks of life and experiences
👉 to provide a platform for non-mainstream arts and performance to find their audience
👉 to assist audiences to see shows that are outside of their usual bubbles, to appreciate the colourful diversity of culture available in Estonia and beyond.
Tallinn Fringe is member of the Nordic Fringe and World Fringe networks. These networks provide connections to over 250 other Fringe Festivals worldwide that collectively organise over 170 000 shows for a global audience of 19 million.
