3.1 Tallinn Fringe Festival does not process payments for tickets directly. 3.2 Ticket sales are managed by our venue and production partners. 3.3 For any disputes regarding tickets, including refunds, exchanges, or cancellations, you must contact the ticket provider directly using the information provided at the bottom of your ticket. 3.4 By purchasing a ticket to a Tallinn Fringe Festival event, you agree that we may contact you using the details provided at the time of purchase for purposes of collecting feedback about your experience and gathering visitor statistics related to the festival. You may opt out of such communications at any time by contacting us at info@fringe.ee.
4. Event Participation#
4.1 Event schedules, venues, and performances are subject to change without notice. 4.2 We are not responsible for any cancellations, delays, or changes made by third-party event organizers or venues.
5. Liability Disclaimer#
5.1 Fringe.ee and its affiliates are not responsible for any personal injury, property damage, or losses incurred during events. 5.2 We do not guarantee the accuracy of information provided by third parties, including venues and ticket providers.
6. Data Protection and GDPR#
6.1 We process personal data collected through ticket sales and this website in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). 6.2 To carry out statistical analysis and audience research related to Tallinn Fringe Festival, we engage Levellab OÜ as a data sub-processor.
